Underwater construction service

The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) desires to contract with Dive Tech International, Inc., for underwater construction services for the stabilization and leveling of an existing airlock structure at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, as well as a dual O2/CO2 monitoring system and an air purging systemProspective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than March 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.(ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to section 120.57(3), F.S. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Please see the attached PUR 7776 form for additional information.
