02/16/18 DEO posting of technical questions and answers

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY

The State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), Division of Workforce Services, Bureau of Labor Market Statistics, Office of Occupational Employment Statistics is seeking information from qualified vendors pertaining to a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system. DEO is seeking information for a CATI system with the ability to import pre-existing information, assign certain phone numbers to interviewers, track call dispositions, schedule callback appointments, run various monitoring reports and export the data into various file formats.

Pursuant to Rule 60A-1.042, F.A.C., an agency may request information by issuing a written Request for Information (RFI). Agencies may use a RFI in circumstances including, but not limited to, determining whether or not to competitively procure a commodity or contractual services, determining what solicitation process to use for a particular need, or research general, special, and/or technical specifications for a solicitation.
