The purpose of this RFA is to provide HIV/AIDS Patient Care Services with Ryan WhitePart B Consortia funding (Ryan White Consortia) in the state of Florida. This RFA will meet the requirements of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (the “Act”) and any subsequent reauthorizations of the Act. This RFA will cover the provision of services in designated areas of the state of Florida, and will include administrative oversight of all service delivery within each designated geographic area (See section 2.2).
