THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS, IT IS A POSTING OF AN AGENCY DECISION. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID OR A NO BID REPLY.The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) advertised through the DMS Vendor Bid System (VBS) from October 9, 2017 to October 18, 2017 its desire to contract with Agilaire, LLC for the purchase of 10, Agilaire Model 8872 DAS systems. Based on the advertising process, no vendors responded to the advertisement indicating the ability or desire to provide such commodities/services. Therefore, the Department intends to award a single source purchase to Agilaire, LLC. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 8:05 AM and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 8:05 AM. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
