The Florida Public Service Commission hereby provides notice of intent to award to Sprint Communications Company, L.P., a three-year contract in Docket No. 20170039-TP for telecommunications relay service starting March 1, 2018. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any protest must be timely filed in Docket No. 20170039-TP and addressed to Carlotta S.
