Please see documents uploaded below for additional information.-------------------- 4/20/2016: Addendum #3, revising the Timeline has been uploaded below. -------------------- 4/5/2016: Addendum #2, revising the Timeline has been uploaded below. -------------------- 3/18/2016: Addendum #1 posted to revise timeline. -------------------- 2/8/2016: Removing the watermark "DRAFT" from the final RFP document; no other changes.** The Florida Department of Corrections (Department) is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors who have a minimum of three (3) years of business/corporate experience, within the last five (5) years, in the provision of laboratory drug testing collection site(s), and laboratory drug testing services, to determine the presence of alcohol and/or controlled substances, which includes the Immunoassay Test (initial test) and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) and/or Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and Gas Chromatography (GC). The Department requires drug testing services to be provided in Judicial Circuits Eight (8), Alachua County, and Twelve (12), Sarasota County. The Department will conduct a non-mandatory Pre-proposal conference on the date, time and location specified in the Timeline. Attendance at the Vendors’ conference is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.
