Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking Responses from qualified companies (Vendors) capable of providing web-based data services for identifying geographic location-related risk characteristics of properties in Florida that Citizens currently insures or may insure in the future (Services). The Services are more particularly defined in Section 2 of this ITN.Citizens’ current provider for property characteristics data services is Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO). The contract with ISO is scheduled to expire on May 14, 2016. It is expected that the Vendor selected under this ITN will begin providing the Services on or before May 15, 2016. ISO is permitted to respond to this ITN on an equal basis with other potential Vendors.
