Citizens is seeking proposals from qualified Retirement Plan Administrators (Vendors) to provide administration, record keeping, education, enrollment, and investment management services (Services) for the following Citizens’ retirement plans (Plans):• 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 1,419 participants and $32,668,474 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan. • 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 1,402 participants and $33,798,943 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan. • 401(k) Defined Contribution Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 29 participants and $598,243 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan.
