The Florida Department of Transportation (Miami-Dade)requests competitive sealed replies for the procurement of Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) Program. All Bidders, Proposers, and Respondents must be registered in the State of Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace system. All prospective bidders, proposers, and respondents that are not registered, should go to https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com/ to complete on-line registration, or call 1-866-352-3776 for assisted registration. For services contracts, all out-of-State corporations, out-of-State limited liability companies, and out-of-State limited partnerships must be authorized to do business in the State of Florida. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response. MFMP Transaction Fee: All payment(s) to the vendor(s) resulting from the contract(s) established by this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the 1% MFMP Transaction Fee unless the transaction is exempt from the Transaction Fee pursuant to Rule 60A-1.032, Florida Administrative Code. Scrutinized Companies Lists Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, prohibits agencies from contracting with companies, for goods or services over $1,000,000, that are on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List. Both lists are created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. A vendor on either Scrutinized List may not bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter into or renew a contract for commodities and/or contractual services of $1 million or more.
