Transfers budget that was inadvertently omitted from the original transfer of resources from the Department of Environmental Protection and the Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission. The funds pay for membership dues to the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission of which Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will now be a member.
