  To revise the department's reorganization approved by Chapter 96-278, Laws of Florida.  When the
  reorganization was implemented July 1, 1996, the transfer of 13.5 positions was inadvertently
  omitted.  









3.  JUSTICE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSION.   Request approval of the transfer of $220,029
    in General Revenue appropriations as follows:

  To enable the department to replace matching revenue that was received from the Department of
  Community Affairs' Block Grant Trust Fund for the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Grant
  program.  The block grant funds have been depleted.
