A. Transfer of $31,680 in General Revenue appropriations as follows:

Enables the Public Defender, 20th Judicial Circuit, to implement their revised Information Resource Management plan. This plan revision and the appropriation transfer have been approved by the Information Resource Commission as required by proviso language in the 1996-97 General Appropriations Act.

B. Transfer of $54,000 in General Revenue appropriations as follows:

Public Defender 14th Judicial Circuit Salaries and Benefits	$54,000

(Recommend)

Enables the Public Defenders in the 1st and 14th Judicial Circuits to implement a mutually agreed upon transfer of personnel. This agreement will realign appropriation to be consistent with the Public Defenders' funding formula.
