AGENDA

1. Approval of the minutes for the April 9 and April 23, 1996, Cabinet meetings.
2. Request approval of the quarterly report for period ending March 1996.

3. Pursuant to the provisions of s. 287.059(4), Florida Statutes, and approval by the

Attorney General to contract with private counsel on a contingent-fee basis to handle

certain forfeiture litigation, final approval is requested for expenditure of funds for the

above referenced legal services through June 30, 1997.

4. Request approval of the Dealer Transaction System Pilot Project in Duval County and

approval to offer this service statewide through interested service providers subject to

agreement by the applicable tax collector and franchise motor vehicle dealers.
