RECOMMEND APPROVAL

ITEM 2. Request permission to adopt a Final Order in the case of Deerbrooke Investments, Inc. v. DOR in order to take Final Agency Action. The Proposed Final Order adopts in total the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Order and would uphold an assessment for payment of use tax in excess of $250,000.
