The Department also posts Exhibits 1 and 2 and the following revised documents: Attachment 1, Standard Terms and Conditions; Addendum B, Data Security Requirements; and Attachment B, Evaluator Score Sheet. Please review Addendum 2 and its applicable attachments in their entirety.****************** 7/29/2021: The Department hereby post Addendum 1 to revise Section 2.2, Timeline to extend the anticipated posting date for answers to Respondents' questions on VBS and the Deadline to submit Responses to the Department. The new due date is Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., ET. ******************* The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department) is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to solicit Responses from one or more entities (Respondents) that are qualified and capable of providing Pharmacy Benefit Management Services. The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITN. For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation please review the attached ITN documents in their entirety. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
