DMS is pursuing this Single Source with TIBCO Software, Inc., for licensing, maintenance, and support for or Omni, FOCUS, and WebFOCUS Software. The code is licensed for use and TIBCO does not allow for third parties to sell licenses for their proprietary software product. Additionally, TIBCO is the only vendor authorized to provide maintenance and support for its propriety software. The software is copyrighted computer code, and no other vendor can maintain, support, or modify the software.
