St. Petersburg College is seeking qualifications from Florida State licensed architectural firms to provide architectural continuing contract services for college wide projects that do not exceed a construction budget of $4,000,000 or studies for which the professional service fee does not exceed $500,000. The college intends to award a minimum of three firms; work will be distributed based on college needs, timing/scheduling of the work, and availability of specific services required for the individual projects.
