The Department of Children and Families (Department), Northwest Region, Circuits 2 and 14 for Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Wakulla, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington Counties is seeking Foster Care and Related Services. “Related Services” includes, but is not limited to, child abuse prevention and protection, adoptions, family preservation, independent living, emergency shelter, residential group care, therapeutic foster care, intensive residential treatment, foster care supervision, case management, coordination of mental health services, post-placement supervision, permanent foster care, and family reunification. This ITN will result in one or more contracts that will provide child protection and child welfare services to children in Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Wakulla, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington Counties as outlined in section 409.986, Florida Statutes (F.S.). Any vendor interested in participating must comply with the terms of this ITN.
