The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department), having received less than two responsive sealed bids in relation to the Blackwater River State Forest- Aerial Pesticide Application, Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Florida Forest Service (FFS), states its intent to withdraw this ITB in its entirety. This is the final advertisement by the Department on the Vendor Bid System(VBS) regarding this ITB.The Department further states its intent to proceed with the purchase of these services pursuant to Chapter 287.057(5) Florida Statue in lieu of resoliciting competitive sealed bids, proposals, or replies. Upon completion of successful negotiations, the Department hereby states the intent of award a contract/ purchase order to Lenoc Chemical Solutions, Inc.
