The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to solicit Replies from qualified vendors with a Social Media Monitoring tool to help school districts monitor threats of violence against students, employees, and schools. The aforementioned monitoring should also include signs of bullying, thoughts of suicide, and other issues regarding a student’s well-being. The Department will select a Social Media Monitoring instrument that meets the performance expectations described herein. The Contractor(s) will provide the training and support tasks described in this ITN for the Department and school districts that choose to use their instrument. The Contractor(s) will also provide a method for reporting suspicious activities to the proper authorities within the school district based on their Threat Assessment Plan. See the attached document for further details and instructions.
