3. DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Request approval of an

information technology project, pursuant to section 216.181(4), Florida Statutes,

for the Division of State Group Insurance. Approval of an information technology project is required to upgrade the Division's customer service operations and replace obsolete PCs and other computer equipments. This mid year amendment will permit the Division to implement these improvements prior to enrollment for calendar year 2000.

4. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. Request approval of an information resource

technology project, pursuant to section 216.181(4), Florida Statutes, for Standardized Credentialing for Health Care Practitioners in the Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Approval of an information technology project for Standardized Credentialing is required to collect, validate, maintain and store data related to the qualifications of licensed health care professionals.
