ITEM 2. Request approval of and authority to enter into a contract with the Florida Association of Court Clerks to operate and maintain the automated CSE Local Entity Repository Collection System.

This contract will begin July 1, 1997 or upon the contract being signed by both parties, whichever date is later, through June 30, 1999. This contract may be extended month by month up to six months, upon mutual agreement of parties.
