RECOMMEND APPROVAL

ITEM 2. Request approval of and authority to enter into a contract with

AT & T/Baca, Stein, White and Associates for Electronic Data Interchange with ACH­Debit services. The contract is for a two year period and is for an estimated $500,000 for the term of the contract.

RECOMMEND APPROVAL

ITEM 3 Request permission to adopt a Proposed Final Order in the case of Camden Corporation v. DOR in order to take Final Agency Action. The Proposed Final Order adopts in total the factual recommendations made in the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Order. The conclusion of law is adopted except as it relates to proper burden of proof.

ITEM 4. Submit for information a report on mail order sales and the Department of Revenue's use tax enforcement efforts.
