Request approval of transfer of $10,409,678 in General Revenue appropriations as follows:

Transfers distance learning funds to enable Tallahassee Community College, within the Division of Community Colleges, to act as the fiscal agent for funding associated with the distance learning administration and programs as approved by the Board of Directors of the Florida Distance Learning Network.

3. JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION COMMISSION. Request authorization to establish 1.0 position in excess of the number fixed by the Legislature in accordance with 216.262(1)(a), Florida Statutes.

Establishes one position in excess of the number fixed by the Legislature to implement an increase in the Victims of Crime Act Grant from the Attorney General's Office.

4. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. Request authorization to establish 1.0 position in excess of the number fixed by the Legislature in accordance with 216.262(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
