    approval of the following:

A.  Transfer of  $6,282,708 in General Revenue appropriations
    as follows:

participation for the Medicaid Waiver.

Provides for the payment of salaries for OPS employees
assigned to the Continuity of Care Management System Project in

3. DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES-RETIREMENT.  Request
   transfer of $34,650 in General Revenue appropriations as
   follows:

 Pensions and Benefits-Disability Benefits for Justices/Judges  34,650
 Florida National Guard                                        (34,650)

 (Recommend)

Provides for the payment of retirement benefits to disabled
Justices and Judges pursuant to s. 121.091(4)(g), F.S.

This action is necessary due to the unanticipated retirement
of a judge after the 1995 Legislative Session.
