2. Adoption of a Resolution requesting the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration of Florida to authorize the issuance of not exceeding $26,070,000 State of Florida, Full Faith and Credit, State Board of Education Capital Outlay Bonds, 2002 Series A, pursuant to Article XII, Section9(d) of the Florida Constitution, Section 215.61, Florida Statutes, the Master Resolution adopted by the Governor and Cabinet on February 4, 1992, and other applicable law.

Charter School Appeal

3. S.O.C.K. Outstanding Students School of Success Academy, Inc. vs. Duval County School Board

On November 20, 2001 the Duval County School Board unanimously voted to deny the S.O.C.K. Outstanding Students School of Success Academy, Inc.'s application. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education, pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter schools.
