Repealed Rules

8.6A-4.050 - Florida Educator's Certificates with Degreed Vocational Class Coverages.

6A-4.052 - General and Professional Preparation for a Professional Certificate with Degreed Vocational Class Coverages.

6A-4.066 - Florida Educator's Certificates with Nondegreed Vocational Class Coverages.

6A-4.072 - Specialization Requirements for Certification in Occupational Specialist - Vocational Class Beginning July 1, 1988.

These rules are recommended for repeal in order to streamline and eliminate outdated provisions. Specifically, applicable provisions of Rules 6A-4.050 and 6A-4.052, FAC., have been incorporated in proposed Rules 6A-4.004 and 6A-4.006, FAC. Rules 6A-4.066, 6A-4.068, and 6A-4.072, FAC., are recommended for repeal as the Department of Education no longer issues nondegree vocational certificates. Section 231.1725, F.S., now establishes the requirements for district employment of nondegreed vocational teachers.
