Administration

1. Minutes of the February 6 and February 27, 2001 meetings.

(ATTACHMENT 1) FOR APPROVAL

2. Resolutions authorizing the issuance and competitive sale by the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration of Florida of not exceeding $125,000,000 State of Florida, Full Faith and Credit, State Board of Education Capital Outlay Bonds, 2001 Series [to be determined] (Refunding Bonds), pursuant to Article XII, Section 9(d) of the Florida Constitution, Section 215.61, Florida Statutes, the Master Resolution adopted by the Governor and Cabinet on February 4, 1992, and other applicable laws.

These bonds will be payable primarily from Motor Vehicle License Taxes and will be additionally secured by the full faith and credit of the State. The proceeds of these bonds will be used to refinance a portion of the outstanding Series 1991-A, 1992-A, 1994-A and 1995-A Capital Outlay Bonds, as indicated in the Twelfth Supplemental Authorizing Resolution which authorizes the issuance of the bonds.

3. Amendment to Rule 6A-1.0503, FAC., Definition of Qualified Instructional Personnel.

This rule amendment is to add additional options to designate teachers as "in-field."
