  1. Brevard Preparatory Academy Junior/Senior High School Charter School vs. the School Board of Brevard County.

On November 21, 2000, the Brevard County School Board voted to deny the application for a charter of the Brevard Preparatory Academy Junior/Senior High School. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter school applicants.

  1. Berkley Elementary School Charter School vs. the School Board of Polk County.
  2. On November 7, 2000, the Polk County School Board voted to deny the application for a conversion charter of the Berkley Elementary School. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter school applicants.

This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter school applicants.

On November 21, 2000, the Orange County School Board voted to deny the application for a charter of Learning Excellence Foundation of Pine Hills, Inc. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education pursuant to Chapter 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter school applicants.
