Domestic Security Coordination and Outreach

The Chief Information Security Officer sits on the Domestic Security Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Committee, and is on the Executive Board of the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center. The Office of Information Security also participates in the InfraGard initiative, which is the Federal Bureau of Investigation sponsored information sharing initiative. Florida's Domestic Security initiatives have provided the Office of Information Security with more than $2.5 million in funds to support state information security projects. All these initiatives have provided critical partnerships and federal funding that have been beneficial to the information security strategy in the state of Florida.
