How Do I Estimate My Dental Expenses?
The Dental Plan Cost Estimator includes a specific list of the most commonly
used dental services, and asks you to enter numbers for each category
based on how often you and your covered dependents will use each of those
services during the plan year. The list includes:

- Preventive care
- Basic care
- Major care
- Orthodontia
To help you estimate your likely expenses for the plan year, take
a look back at your dental care for the last three years, and think about
what you may already know is in store for the upcoming year.
