What if I don't enroll during Annual Open Enrollment? If you don't actively enroll during Annual Open Enrollment, your 2008 benefits will generally stay the same for 2009, unless you are in Lafayette County and participate in Avmed. Note that dental and vision coverage are available only through COBRA. |

What's New for 2009
- New Supplemental Vision Plan options, offered through Humana.
- Changes in HMO availability – United will be available in Bay and St. Lucie Counties, while AvMed will no longer be an option in Lafayette County. See HMO Offerings in Your Area for more specifics.
- Availability of medical coverage for dependent children up to age 30.
- Increased Health Savings Account contribution limits for those retirees in a Health Investor health plan who are not yet Medicare-eligible.
