TRICARE Supplement

This Plan will no longer be provided beginning in 2008.

Due to recent changes in federal laws, the state is not offering the TRICARE Supplement Plan in 2008.

For Current TRICARE Participants

As of January 1, 2008, you will be moved to the Standard PPO Plan unless you elect to cancel your coverage or select a different State health plan option. You should have received a letter providing more information about this change and your options.

For Retirees

If you elect to cancel your enrollment at the end of the 2007 plan year, you will not be eligible to enroll in or re-enter the State Group Insurance Plan in the future.
