We cannot guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of information provided to us via this site; however, we will do everything reasonably possible to protect your information using technology and good business practices.

Regarding e-mail: Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

Unauthorized Use

The FDOR network is for authorized users only. Unauthorized access to, use of, or modification of this computer system or of the data contained in or accessed via this computer system is a violation of FDOR policy and Florida Law. Unauthorized use of or access to Federal tax information available via this system is a violation of Federal Law punishable by Criminal and Civil penalties pursuant to Title 26, United States Code, Sections 7213(a), 7213A, and 7431.

In the course of providing the best service to the public, the Florida Department of Revenue may link to other organizations to provide additional useful information for our customers. These include:
