Federal Title I State Plan and its Title VI, Part B (FY2010)
The U.S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) requires descriptive attachments to be submitted annually. These include:
- Attachment 4.2 (c) - Input of State Rehabiliation Council
- Attachment 4.10 - Comprehensive System of Personnel Development;
- Attachment 4.11(b) - Annual Estimates;
- Attachment 4.11(c)(4) - Goals and Plans for Distribution of Title VI, Part B, Funds; and
- Attachment 4.11(e)(2) - Evaluation and Reports of Progress.
Agencies operating on an order of selection are required to submit Attachment 4.11(c)(3) as well. While we do not plan to implement an order of selection at this time, we have developed criteria for an order of selection.
