Key Financial Indicators Report
The extract of key financial indicators for timeshare managing entities is may be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet. The file will provide data extracted from audited financial statements filed by Florida timeshare managing entities as required by Section 721.13(3)(e), Florida Statutes. The extraction provides each managing entity name and the reported operating and replacement fund revenues, expenses and fund balances.

The managing entity name may not readily identify the more commonly known timeshare project name. This can be readily determined by going to the Department home page and using the Searching for a License function, insert the managing entity name in the Organization field, set the Board to Other Entities, set the License Type to Managing Entity and press Search. The search may yield similar names of managing entities, select the correct name and view the related licenses to determine the projects operated by the selected managing entity.
