Real Estate Appraiser
The Department advises Real Estate Appraiser licensees that some courses, in addition to Florida's approval, also require approval by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) and International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). Please verify with your provider that their courses currently have all the necessary approvals.
