Requirements to be licensed:

• Submit original surety bond in the amount of $5,000
• Provide fingerprint and background check taken by an authorized law enforcement officer
• Provide affidavits of at least five reputable persons other than artists
• Provide proof of at least 1 year of experience as an operator of a talent agency or as a subagent, casting director, producer, director, advertiser, talent coordinator, or musical booking agent.
