Board Information
The Pilotage Rate Review Board is responsible for investigating and determining whether a requested rate charge for Pilotage will be fair, just, and reasonable.
The Pilotage Rate Review Board consists of 7 consumer members. 1 member shall be or have been licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard as an unlimited Master; 1 member shall be a Certified Public Accountant; 1 member shall be a former hearing officer or administrative law judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, or a former judge; and 4 other consumer members.

The Board currently has the following openings:1 unlimited master, 1 CPA, 1 hearing officer or SC judge and 3 consumer members.
