Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes

Welcome to the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes. The Division has the power and duty to enforce and ensure compliance with the provisions of the following statutes and administrative rules:

• The Condominium Act, Chapter 718, F.S., relating to the development, sale, ownership, and operation of residential condominium units.
• The Cooperative Act, Chapter 719, F.S., relating to the development, sale, ownership, and operation of residential cooperative units.
• The Florida Mobile Home Act, Chapter 723, F.S., relating to the rental of mobile home lots to mobile home owners.
• The Florida Vacation Plan and Timesharing Act, Chapter 721, F.S., relating to the development, sale, ownership, operation, and management of timeshare plans.
• The Yacht and Ship Brokers Act, Chapter 326, F.S., relating to the licensing and regulation of yacht and ship brokers and salespersons.
• The Florida Uniform Land Sales Practices Law, Chapter 498, F.S., relating to the regulation of the disposition of any interest in subdivided lands.

The Division also provides an arbitration program for homeowners' associations, under Chapter 720, F.S.
