Definition of space

From Section 110-1

space means a parcel or area of land or land and water, other than a dedicated canal, within the site and designed and intended for the use or enjoyment of residents living within the zone or development area. Common open space may contain such complementary structures and improvements as are necessary and appropriate for the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
