Definition of public improvements
From Section 98-1
Public improvements
means those improvements required to be dedicated to the city for use by the public, including but not limited to streets, sidewalks, drainage, preservation areas and other easements and rights-of-way, street signs and signals or water and sewer facilities as defined in this chapter or any other applicable city policy, regulation, ordinance, or law.
