Definition of parking
From Section 110-1
Parking space, offstreet,
consists of a minimum paved area of 200 square feet for parking an automobile, exclusive of access drives or aisles thereto. In areas of the city zoned M-1 or C-1, sites which require parking spaces for 400 or more vehicles may be allowed to utilize up to 25 percent of those spaces for compact car parking. Compact car parking spaces shall consist of a minimum paved area of 160 square feet, exclusive of access drives or aisles thereto.
