Definition of home occupation
From Section 110-1
Home occupation
means any occupation conducted entirely within a dwelling unit and carried on by an occupant thereof, which occupation is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling for dwelling purposes and does not change the residential character thereof.
