Definition of clinic
From Section 110-1
Clinic
means a building where patients, who are not lodged overnight, are admitted for examination and treatment by one person or group of persons practicing any form of the healing arts services to individuals, whether such persons are medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, chiropodists, naturopaths, optometrists, dentists or any similar profession, the practice of which is licensed in the state. The term does not include a place for the treatment of animals.
