Should blighted areas occur, the City shall work toward redevelopment or renewal of such areas. The measurement of this Objective is the continuing lack of blighted areas and the degree to which the following Policy is implemented.

Policy LU-2.1

The City shall enforce its housing and building codes in an effort to prevent any blighted areas.
