Formulate housing implementation programs. The measurement of this Objective is the end product plus the degree to which the following Policies are implemented.

Policy H-8.1

The City shall investigate and evaluate various housing implementation programs in order to formulate those programs which are best for Cape Canaveral.

Policy H-8.2

The City shall investigate the availability, suitability and applicability of federal, state and local housing-subsidy programs and shall decide which, if any, shall be used by the City.
