All structures shall be connected to the city sewer system. System design and construction shall conform to the "Criteria for Water and Sanitary sewerage Systems Within Brevard County." All sanitary sewer plans must be approved by the city engineer and, as applicable, the state department of environmental protection and the state department of health and rehabilitative services or their successor departments/agencies.
