(a) Street name signs shall be installed at the intersection of all streets, carrying the street names approved on the subdivision plat.

(b) Naming of streets shall be in the following manner.

(c) In no case shall a name for a proposed road duplicate an existing road name, regardless of whether the road is further described as an avenue, boulevard, driveway, place, way, lane, circle or court. The applicant must secure the approval of the county address assignment/E-911 system for the names of all proposed roads and streets.

(d) Location and design of street name signs shall be subject to the approval of the city council.
