Section 86-9. Expiration of concurrency compliance certification.
When any of the nondeficiency finding timeframes expire for a particular project under this chapter, a new concurrency evaluation shall be required in conjunction with the next application for a development permit. Any vesting period relating to concurrency may be considered null and void if the applicant fails to perform in fulfilling all requirements to keep the vesting current, including the payment of all fees pursuant to a capacity reservation. If an applicant maintains a capacity reservation, the expiration of the concurrency compliance certification shall not nullify the capacity reservation.
